The holiday home in Winterberg/Neuastenberg is located right by several hiking trails and just 150 m from the nearest ski slope. There is a room for storing ski boots and a garage for skis, bikes, or motorcycles. Laundry washing and drying are available on request for an extra charge. The "Residenz Seebuck" holiday apartment is located directly on the ski slope and at the Feldbergbahn valley station, making it ideal for ski-in/ski-out access to the Feldberg. This spacious maisonette apartment accommodates up to 7 people (maximum 6 adults). It features four rooms plus bathrooms: two bedrooms each with a double bed and TV, and another bedroom with a bunk bed, a single bed, and a TV. The living and dining area is furnished with a large smart TV and provides a comfortable space to relax. The high-quality kitchen is equipped with brand-name appliances and offers everything you need for your stay, including a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, and kettle.
